Collection: Books Written by Shelly

In 2010, I had a college project to write and illustrate a children's book at UTSA (University of Texas San Antonio). I wrote These White Feathers, printed and bound it using coil rings.

I didn't really think of writing children's books again, until 2021, when my Nephew was born. I wanted to make him a book that encapsulated everything I loved growing up in the Texas hill country. Then came, Trampoline Dreaming. 

Why stop there? I love rhyming with my kids at school, and idioms are always confusing, so I created 1dioms that rhyme. I'm excited about the idioms series and plan to create a new one each year for the foreseeable future. 

Lastly, for the holidays in 2021, I created holiday coloring books and will be making a holiday/event coloring book series for you and your kids to enjoy together!
